I can't tell that there is any accurate "rule of thumb". The times vary widely from well to well.
Once the data is entered in the Oracle database, then SONRIS will display the information. It is my understanding that operators are to submit weekly conservation scout reports and drilling reports. I think the operators are just slow in reporting data to LOC. We the citizens may need to question the Louisiana Office of Conservation on the matter... then they might pressure the operators into more timely reporting.
FXEF, I think this question is in regard to the State Well Potential Report rather than the weekly drilling scout reports which is a whole different matter.
John, timing for performance of the fracture stimulation and testing after drilling varies widely. Even after a well is tested it may take some time for the State to post the information on Sonris.
