Alexander. Here is a link to an analysis I posted in 2008. Obviously much has changed since then and the time required to keep it updated is significant. My work load no longer allows me to dabble in non-client related research. If you would care to tackle it, I'd like to see the updated figures. Good Luck.

Call David Benscoter @ Long petroleum (Shreveport); tell him what you are doing and ask if it would be possible to see his War Map, which takes up most of a wall. If you are not in Shreveport or close by, this might be a problem.
