Three wells this calendar year. Two CV completions by Indigo Minerals and a Broyles Reservoir A by Will Drill that is Waiting On State Potential.
Figg 7 No.1, 7-18N-3W, recompleted in the upper CV, 4.4 MMCFD, 15 BCD
Wilder 9 No. 1, 9-18N-3W, 5.5 MMCFD, 68 BCD
Hodge Hunt 16 No.1, 16-18N-4W, 5.05 MMCFD, 10 BCD
Rogers 16 No. 1-Alt, 16-18N-4W, 1.7MMCFD, 5 BCD
McDaniel 9 No. 1, 9-18N-4W, 416 MMCFD, 5 BCD

Also, Indigo has recently staked another location in Sec. 12, T18N-R4W, and someone has staked a location in Section 4, T18N-R3W (this would be a north offset to the Wilder well mentioned above). No permits have been issued for these wells yet.
Sorry, some of the wells listed above are in the Ruston Field. I include them together because there is no separation between the production in the two fields in this area.
Which well is the one with the access road in the curves next to the cemetery in Simsboro?
Shane,
Thats the Rogers 16 No.1
Thanks for the info. Wonder when it'll start paying. Have yet to see a check...
Shane,
That section has been paying for a few months. It has two wells in it, the Rogers and a Hodge Hunt well.
The well staked in sec 12 is in my area. They have another well in that sec (la rue ) that I have yet to see any royalities from but I'm unleased so I understand that it takes longer to see any checks from that. I recieved a letter from Indigo planing approx 2-3 wells in sec 12. I'm new at this so I'm trying to learn all I can from ya'll. Any info or updates would be helpful.

Thanks
Arkiegirl
Arkiegirl,
Section 12 has been held by production for many years (prior to the LaRue well). You are very lucky if you are unleased.
Well I am unleased, a few people have tried to lease or buy my rights in the last few years How long does it take a well (larue) to reach pay out?
arkiegirl,
There is no set time frame for a well to payout, in fact some never do.
It looks like the LaRue well has probably recouped approximately 1/2 of its costs.
Thank you. Maybe I'll have a little extra next x-mas.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
