Out walking this afternoon, noticed crane and noise from S/N 240455, HA RA SUV;DONNA DUNN 19 H #1 well site. I have not seen any frac equipment or trucks, but could have missed them.

At any rate if you're following this section, they're working!

We received 3-10 $4.48
4-10 $3.73
5-10 $4.13
6-10 $4.02 only one with major difference from henry hub.S/b 4.68
We are to receive wellhead price -no expenses-we were told that would be henry hub....production falloff was alarming.been averaging 10% until the big drop.Initial lease payment is not of importance anymore. This is the present situation. Please advise if anyone has received anything different or has input about pursuing price difference or dropoff in production..Encana rep stated presold this well production at 6.25. thank you.
lars, the dropoff in production appears to be in line with the decline curve for a Haynesville horizontal well.

lars,
Thanks for your pricing info. Your prices seem to be right in line with what others are getting from most operators.
henry, you wanted info for some reason.. I gave it. The normal wellhead price is based on henry hub pricing.I pointed out the difference. How can that be normal?
Lars, I assume you mean NYMEX final settlement rather than Henry Hub cash price. Really it is the price of gas deliveries into the interstate pipelines that would be NYMEX based with some basis. Then there would be further adjustments to get a "wellhead" price.
lars,
The reason I wanted your price can be found in my discussion on the main board called, "What Price Are You Getting for Your Gas?" I am conducting a survey to find out if there is one region, or operator, etc., that is getting better prices for its landowners than others. As of now, we are seeing that the landowners who are have Chesapeake for their operator are doing far worse than those with any other operator. But we need more data, to ensure that the early trend is real. You may look at the results on the main board. Thanks again for sharing and contributing to my survey.

hello all you knowledgeable pros. last 3 months production on this well in sec 19 has been

152601

137740

136100 mcf this month.  any comments on dropoff now lessening.?

has anyone heard anymore on the superpad for sec 17,18,19 and 20.?

Didn't hear anything. What did you original heard?
Lars, there is another superpad going in on south part of section 8 too which will just be to the north of the super pad off highway 5 (sections 17,18,19,20). Encana seems to be setting up these super pads close to each other. Encana is a successful driller, so imagine they have  larger plan in mind by setting all these super pads up close to each other in these sections
So what section do you think will be drilled? 7 8 17 18 or the four you stated aboved?
My understanding is that several sections will be drilled from EACH pad. I think you will see extra wells in all of the above sections in 2011. You may not have 8 wells in each of those sections, but I would bet you see at least 2 extra in each of those sections. That would be great as you don't want all 8 wells drilled while gas prices are so low
Susie thanks for all the info. Have you seen any paperwork about the applications on these possible wells?
