Mineral Right Leasing Rates

Mineral rights or coming up for renewal leasing.  What are some of the offers being made and renewed at? Been told some renewed at $300.00 Acre. Offered $500.00 this week.  Still sounds low to me for deep rights with all this talk of  big oil drilling. Anybody offerd or payed more?

all depends on location of minerals--- reply back you survey location of your lease and then members in that area can answer you---
