I have not seen any changes in data reported to the state. I have heard plenty of rumors. The problem with those is they range from a collapsed hole to a gusher.

I have very close friends with Anadarko and can find out lots of information.  Just so I'm not chasing the wrong thing, what well and what type of info are you guys after?

Until I can get a hold of them, I would like to ask some questions.  Are you guys aware of the injection well offsetting it?  I'm not sure if said well is a SWD well, but it could be.  If it is an injection well, it leads me to believe that the well fell off drastically and are setting up for a secondary recovery.

There is a permit for a LaCour #43, SWD, Serial Number 974139.  It is shown as "permit" in SONRIS Lite.  But then I heard that any Austin Chalk well needs a SWD to get rid of the water.

yes I saw that but Drilling Info says this " APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT INJECTION WELL"  and if you dig a bit deeper in SONRIS Lite it says this:

Well Status Code	Code Description
02	APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT INJECTION WELL

now an injection well and a SWD could be one in the same.  I will have detailed information after the weekend.

JMan,

A salt water disposal is an injection well. There is nothing else to inject or disposal of.

They could do a water flood but flooding shale hasn't been done to my knowlwdge. They could also inject co2. Of course you will need several more wells

JMan, This is not shale and its not sand. There isn't enough porosity or permeability to  do either of those. The only thing that can be done at this point is to go back and try a gravel/sand pack and see if that opens the formation up enough to allow the oil and gas to enter the well bore. The last resort is to put a pumping unit on the well.
