FYI:

My siblings and I have been tendered an offer via bank draft for our combined +/- 71-nma in the William Humpheries Survey, Abstract 138.  About 1/3, is within the producing Ironosa; 2/3 lease expired and avasilable based upon my understanding.  Drafts totaled $23,620 x 6 = $141,720 for entire interest.  Proposed Purchaser:  Triple-Crown Acquisitions, Tyler, Texas.

I find it sad that this is what the Haynesville has become.......where producing minerals are valued at roughly 2k per acre or 40% of what they leased for. We were offered 120k for 56+\- acres all of which are in the Magellan unit. On the bright side it looks like both of these offers are in areas that may hold James Lime liquids? Maybe that will add 50 bucks to the value in a decade or two!

when commodities prices drops and royalty income follows tyipcal boom-bust cycles that when the "sharks" come out to attempt to pick up minerals at bargin prices. For those thinking about selling just remember the buyer wants a 10-1 return on their investment in general

Phillip, is that SM Energy's Ironosa?

Bene,

Yes sir, it is.

Dont Sell.  Trust me.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
