What area is considered the most "hot" spot? I had heard Benton, Bossier (the obvious is Haynesville).

Is it working it's way up to northern Shreveport? In your opinon? By cross Lake?
north Shreveport : Facts
we had a CPA [Arnie Castenello] leasing up other people leases at $15,250/acre

the City of Shreveport just leased the minerals rights to Cross Lake.....
Hope nobody took this lease post if you want a way out
Ray - I'm pretty sure the State of LA owns the minerals under Cross Lake, Sport, just owns the water rights... Has S'port offered public property around Cross Lake for lease yet? (Like the Airport!)
I'm most interested to hear what's happening between S'port Country Club and Greenwood-Wascom field. There are several HS wells permitted w/i that field. Hopefully that will help those between I-20 and Cross Lake
the airport was leased a couple of yrs ago...$3 per acre.

but now they[ some agency] have leased the mineral rights to Cross Lake.......no drilling on the lake itself....so surrounding
land will probably be used for drilling pads.
well i live on Cross Lake and i hope they come on over this way... :o)
Yes, an offer was made last week by a landman out of OK for 18,000 per acre. Hope nobody let him have it that cheap. You know all he is doing is trying to flip it.
HI ALL, I HAVE BEEN OFFERED 4OOO PER ACRE W 25% ROYALTIES. I KNOW MY AREA IS FORCE POOLED. HOW LONG IS IT SAFE TO HOLD OUT BEFORE I GET NOTHING? I AM IN HALL SUMMIT LOCATED IN RED RIVER PARISH.
