So I know they are fracking the 3 new wells in this section. What’s next? Would love to know what to look for.

FYI - I was advised over the weekend that Headington Energy Partners LLC was mailing out division orders on the unit to the east (Section 13, T12N, R13W) covering the NP LLC 13-12-13 H-1; HA RA SUEE unit still shown as operated by CHK.  I wasn't aware that Headington was active/involved with the Haynesville play - perhaps just an administrative role??

Headington is not recognized as an "operator" by the state and is not registered with the SOS.  It looks like they are working interests in some Chesapeake operated units from old assignments.  Cut-and-paste from the DeSoto public records.

Skip, have you heard any "rumblings" on the 3 wells at 23-12-13?

Nope, no rumblings.  I hope that's a good thing.  Rumbles can be bad.  It appears that the completion operations finished two to three weeks ago.  I wouldn't expect to see the Initial Production data for a couple of months at least.  There is nothing in the database that indicates when the frac plugs are drilled out and the well is "turned to sales".  Once that happens, the operator will run the SDM2G test and prepare the completion report.  The state will review the report and then enter the data in SONRIS.  It can be four to six months after completion before the first royalty from the new wells hits mail boxes.

Thanks Skip!  Let's hope for no rumblings. LOL.

Got my fingers crossed.  ;-)

Received division orders today! Hoping we will see something before too long.

Not long now.  I hope you get good wells.

Completion data posted for the three new wells.  They seem very good to me.

Porter 002:  Completed 11/23/2021;  Gas' 30600 MCFD; 1260#CP; Perfs 12269-22158'

Porter 003:  COMPLETED 11/23/21; GAS; 24570 MCFD; 1260# FP; 8169# CP; PERFS 12259-22137'

Yes, they do look good however you have omitted one important data point to evaluating the wells - the choke setting.  The choke orifice gives context to the CP/FP and the reported initial 24 hour volume.

I did a cut and paste of what's there.

Yes, the choke settings were omitted on the three wells.  That's the first time that I've seen that.  When the SDM2G test is entered in the well file in the near future, the choke setting will be included.
