The Railroad Commission of Texas website.  I won't pretend I know how to navigate it.  I just go to the Online Queries section and pick and poke at it until I get what I'm looking for or frustrated enough to just give up.

There is no indication that the Parana #1H has ever been drilled. I expect that your minerals are unleased today unless they are held by production from a shallower interval. The first permit was filed in 2011 and when it was about to expire in 2013 XTO filed for a new permit which expired in 2015. Those permit pages will show a spud date and drilling completion date eventually once all the completion paperwork is filed. If no well was drilled, completed and turned to sales there won't be any paperwork available other than the drilling permit.

Drilling Info shows the Parana 1-H Permit(s) to have been "Cancelled"
