Join the Bossier network and read it Allen....of course they say they skipped over PD...maybe because they figure they can get it cheaper up there before anyone catches on? We do have offers being made around here regardless of what some people may say..not many but there have been several companies looking.
Thanks That will make it alot easier to find!! We have offers up here too, though not good ones, have a brother who lives in P.D. who helps me to keep up with whats going on there. GOOD LUCK
Hey west shreveport, I heard today of someone else being offered that same 50 and1/8 they rejected also but told them they would lease for 3oo and 1/5 Company came back today and said they would give it. Im assuming this is the same company since it had the same stupid beginning offer.
look its a new world out there , dont settle for less than 25 % rol .
as far as the bonus take what you want , on my land in shreveport i recived over 10.000 per ac its now up too 19.000 per ac .
its your oil and gas if they want it they will pay . dont just give it away
Hey West Shreveport, Did you ever do anything with your land in Arkansas?
not yet ,i will wait til they are ready to deal right, there is oil and gas there i have read geo reports its between 8000- 11000 feet down
but i will not give it away
West Shreveport where is your property? I am in Lafayette on the state line. Is this discussion about sec 31 and where is that? I don't have plat maps so when people only refer to sections and not nearby towns I have no idea where they are talking about. What site will show me the best map of STR? Also, does anyone know about leasing in the Belcher area. It seems to me that a huge chunk of area in north bossier has been skipped over, like Belcher. Any news about this area?
YES SEC 31 SOUTH OF THE LAKE, WEST SIDE .
RE NORTH FAULT PROSPECT

LISTEN THERE IS OIL AND GAS EVERYWHERE WILL THEY COME TO YOU ? MAYBE. RIGHT NOW THEY ARE IN SHREVEPORT AND SURROUNDING AREAS . IF THEY DRILLED ALL OF THIS LAND IT WOULD TAKE OVER 15 YEARS . DO NOT GET IN A HURRY TAKE YOUR TIME . IF NOT IN YOUR LIFETIME MAYBE YOUR CHILDREN
DONT HURT THERE FUTURE .
Absolutely right. I know of a company right about your location paying 250.00 plus 1/5 right now. Just letting you know, but also they intend to drill on the property, and thats a good thing.
All I can say that to me this is very good advice. This from a geologist who is both land owner andO&G operator.
Hey caribbean, are you located close to me or west shreveport at lake erling
Hi Allen. I am in S5T20R25W in Lafayette C. Also in several sections inT16 and T15 in R24W. I have a completed oil well in T15, R24W, S35 and 36 that was completed last Feb. There were complications regarding a disposal well but that has been taken care of. The drilling company has been telling me for months that they are putting pipe back in and things are rolling along. Sure is taking it's sweet time. That well could be a decent producer. It is drilled to about 7200 feet. That was before the news of the Haynesville. Can oil companies change their minds and drill to new depths to try for different plays? Anyway, my main concern is the land on the state line in Lafayette in S5. I guess I should just sit tight. I do not have any property in La. It is all in Lafeyette C.
