Is the highest confirmed offer in DeSoto parish, the one the police jury signed for $28,000/acre? Also does anyone know what percentage of royalties the police jury got??

Does any one have an address and contact person for DBM. Leased to them in 2006 and would like to clear up some issues that were agreed upon at the time.
