you mention brunswick place...............it is in 32, 33-17-13.......i believe sonris shows no mineral activity in the last 78 years...........per chance would you know if this subdivision is subject to a lease.............THANKS
I don't know. I have done no title in brunswick place. I do know that the feist's reserved the minerals, and as I said above it would appear from the plat i posted that the southern part of brunswick is in this unit.
thank you very much for sharing your knowledge
Baron,
I found another map that shows us in Sec. 3.
If's that's true, Camterra owes us lots of $$$$

Robert Eatman helped me with an oil thing once. Do you know if his son is an expert?

What service do you offer and what is your fee?
I believe you are in section 4.

Also, you are not in any of the Camterra units anyway.

I do believe you are in the HOSS RA SUA unit. There is still production in this unit, and has been since the late seventies. The well does not do much, and royalties on a small lot would not amount to much.

In any case, there is only a three year look back on unpaid royalties, and it is the royalty owners responsibility to contact the operator.
Just now talked to lease man for the first time. He says $6500.00 now. I told him that he offered my neighbor $5000.00 the other day and she called him to accept it but he didn't call her back. He said the price had gone up since then. Soooo, maybe it will go up more!
Any thoughts about it?
tell him to bring you a check.
