Thanks for the heads up, Lisa.  Geoframe Energy appears to be a new comer to the lithium play.  Interestingly, in addition to lithium, the company has a focus that includes geothermal.  The company has a website.  I'll put a link below.  Geoframe was incorporated in Texas in August 2024.  Hopefully we will hear more about the lease terms they are offering.  When it comes to leasing, competition for leasehold always brings terms that are better for mineral owners.

Friends who have signed with GeoFrame highly recommend them. When speaking with others, though, they suggested that GeoFrame had offered lease amounts that are unrealistically high and that they don’t have the technology in place to carry through— no DLE in place. I know I don’t know enough to know.
