Thank you. Ah yes, those claims ... auto accident claims, medical claims, my-coffee-was-too-hot claims. I liked the guy that tried to claim his weight & health conditions were the fault of the fast food restaurants. And the country abounds in claim "specialists," doesn't it. I wouldn't say ALL claims are unfounded, it just seems there's a spike in that activity lately. According to the television, small claims courts are doing a booming business.

So, the crop was harvested and then the rig went in???? What was the damage?

There is the question of how long will it be before the drilling pad can return to timber or crop production. And any additional work required to return it to that state.

If they DON'T promote the natural gas.....it won't have a market and then you won't get any royalty b/c they won't be able to afford to drill.

Why not get off Chesapeke (who actually set the price) and try not to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs?

Everyone is always after these emerging independent O&G players, but THEY ARE THE ONES RESPONOSIBLE FOR ALL THE DOMESTIC JOBS ....THE ONES THAT DIDN'T FOLLOW EXXON TO NIGERIA, ETC!

No offense mooncookie but they ain't laying golden eggs. They are gathering them out of the landowners nests. Chesapeake is what , 12 years old ? Probably didn't have the capital to go to Nigeria.

We're not trying to kill the goose, just want it to stop sqwaking. The infomercial was fine about the first 6 times on all available local networks. Even Ronco changes it's infomercials more frequently.
