treeman, it's a modest well. And at current nat gas prices, it's hard to say. I don't follow Will Drill that closely. I think Bird Dawg, Plain Ole Idiot might know more as he stays up on Lincoln Parish development.

There's something going on in sec 11-17-15 in caddo parish.
Sometimes it looks like a football field being lit up out over the trees in the woods and lots of engine noise. Those light poles must be 200 feet tall back there...
But it isn't going on every day..

Bird Dawg, plain ole idiot is one person/member. LOL! He lives in the Ruston area and has interests in a few wells in that region. He is the most knowledgeable GHS member when it comes to that area. It's out of my area of interest in that it is not a part of the Haynesville/Bossier Shale Play.

Tracy, the Locations and Completions report published weekly in the Shreveport Times newspaper lists newly permitted wells and newly completed wells. It is not a comprehensive list of all wells being drilled. The Chesapeake well in Section 1 - 10N -12W is currently reported as Waiting On Pipeline on the SONRIS database. It will appear in a future Times article when a completion report is filed with the District Six office of the LA. Office of Conservation. A Times staffer compiles this local report from the district office in Shreveport. Since the lag time for reports uploaded to SONRIS has increased, the Times report is often the first public notice of completed wells. I do not have any further information on the well in Section 1.

I am no expert by any means. But I think that Will-Drill (and other independants) will want to know if a well like that is profitable before more drilling. 40 barrels of condensate/day generates around $100,000/month. But the big question is, will that condensate production hold up, I am afraid it will not (but I hope I am wrong). Will-Drill is a very competant independant operator, and we need people like them and others in Lincoln Parish. T17N-R3W seems to be kinda up in the air right now. The Thompson well in Sec. 3, T17N-R4W, doesn't look real good right now, but I don't know if they have some gas and condensate behind pipe. Will-Drill Weyerhauser well west of there looks decent, if condensate production holds up. Better gas prices will help Lincoln Parish with additional exploration by some independants. Devon just permitted their third horizontal CV in the Ruston Field, so they must like what they saw in their first two.
Just my fifteen cents, which ain't worth no more than that.
