TIA.

I'm not seeing a permit. Has there been some activity?
There's some machinery on the land.
There are times the companies will move forward with building the pads while the application is made for permit. You should receive a copy of the unit application when they submit it. This should show the proposed well location. This is all prep work before they start drilling. I doubt if they will start drilling prior to a permit being issued.

How long would it take for them to start drilling?  These machines have been on the property for about one year.

I don't know what kind of equipment it is, but must not be earth moving equipment. It may be some kind of pipeline pumping equipment.  Where is this equipment? Along Hwy 5 , off Mosley or off Jane LN?

Give me an idea and I'll swing by on my way home.

Hey LN, I went by that section yesterday and saw where there was a pad built off of Hwy 5 by the Faith Church, but there was no equipment on it. I drove around a little, but did not see any equipment.

Surface locations are often built long before a well permit is issued.  Sometimes they are built and no permit application is ever filed.  The only requirement from a timing standpoint is that the well can not spud (bit hit the earth) without a permit in hand.  As far as I know everything up to that point can go on without the permit.

This pad is partly in section 13 and partly in section 24, section line goes through pad site. I'm not sure where the surface location will be for this well, so when searching, look in both section 13 and section 24 for well permit.

YOU GUYS ARE SUPER...THANKS-A-MILLION-BUCKS!!!
