No.  Your share of the well costs are paid by the operator of the well out of your share of production.

Dear LN,

How many mineral acres do you own and in what county?  What it is you want to do?  Are you receiving royalties on a producing well and a company is trying to but them from you?  I need to know some details to give you a good answer.
