Terry,

No no new wells drilled in Upshur in quite a while.  BP did drill one there back in the 1st qtr. but nothing since then.

Are you seeing activity?

There has been a total of 5 recompletion permits in Upshur County this year - no new drilling permits.  Someone might be drilling under older permits, but not much going on.  some interest in Marion and Cass to the east.
