Does anybody need anything from town ?
Hello girls and gals.Since I am stupid enough to be going in to town this close to Christmas, I was just wondering if I could pick up anything for you guys so everybody doesnt have to be treated as poorly as us last minute shoppers.
There is limited space available in my trunk so you need to be really convincing as to why your stuff should be picked up instead of somebody elses likeJim the "Benton Brawlers ", S.S.P., or any of the many other fine shalers on this site.If it is an ingredient, let me know what dish its going in because we all know thats the way to a mans heart.
If its an item for someone special, let me know why that person is so special.
This may be some of you clowns last chance to make the "List", so you better watch out. (Pun intended)

I would loan them my pair but they are slightly singed and smell like burned bacon. I wouldn't recommend them putting them on their heads. Might fling a craving on them for breakfast!

Oh My Goodness Snake, you are so sweet! I had to read this thread twice because the folks in Houston, Texas would never offer his or her services like you just did. This reminds me of what my dear mother used to say about those who are from Louisiana vs. The City folks. You can always tell the person from Louisiana because they offer smiles, waves and assistance and us regular city folks drive without acknowledging anyone. Thank you for bringing a slice of Southern Hospitality to your thread during this time.

I would have to agree w/ both of you ladies. Over the years I've met some real gems in town and in the country, and of course I've run into true some pieces of dirt in both venues. But I must agree this silly thing called a shale (and Keith) has managed to bring together some very wonderful people who I am honored to say I know if only in a web experience.

This site is sort of like a web with Keith and the shale in the middle and all of us around it. So I guess we are living an arachnid like existence on GHS. I hate spiders too. Ain't seen a good one yet.
