I am confused!! Is Goodrich a drilling company? There are 8 proposed and/or pending wells in the Longwood Field which I thought were Exco leases that are being forced pooled with permits going to Goodrich. Is Goodrich hired by Exco in this case? Please explain.

Both are "exploration" companies, and they could be partners in those sections/units. Happens all the time. Nothing to worry about.
Thats kinda what I thought. Thanks for the input. Now I just have to decide what to do now as all offers in this area have been retracted.
Sorry for maybe the basic question. But would someone mind listing the locations of those 8 permitted locations?
19 15 20 Proposed Haynesville HA RA SUH
18 15 04 Proposed Haynesville HA RA SUF
18 16 01 Proposed Haynesville HA RA SUI

19 15 21 Pending HA RA SUC
19 15 29 Pending HA RA SUD
19 15 28 Pending HA RA SUA
19 15 31 Pending HA RA SUE
19 15 07 Pending HA RA SUB

This info is from attached plat in letter from the law office of Gordon ARata MCcollam Duplantis & Eagan.

I would like to know the difference in Proposed and Pending. Basicly how far along is pending vs. proposed. Hope that makes a bit of sense.
Joel-

Many thanks. Are you listing T, R and Section? Which Parish?
These are Units not individual wells.
Joel: I am in Sect 4, 18-15 and have not received a notice - 120 acres. Did you just receive this? Thanks.
Hi Buddy, I received the pre-application notice letter dated July17th. Today i received the Hearing application dated august 11th. Section 4 of T18 15w has one Haynesville being proposed and one cotton valley proposed. I really do not understand why you didnt receive a letter about this. ARE you leased or not leased at this time??
Ladyoaks,

Yes it is T, R, and Section. This is for Caddo parish.
Thx
Joel, That is the same info I have. We are in 8/18/15. I understand that if you are forced pooled you can still sign a lease. Can you still recieve a bonus payment? With only 40 acres holding out in this section can we expect to be offered a higher lease bonus or nothing but a lease? Or does the state come in and decide what is fair? We do have an offer on the table now and do not want to ride the well down. Should we take the offer, even though we feel it is low? I understand that all other offers have been retracted in this area for the time, but that ours was already underway and thus still there for us. Do you have any answers? I appreciate any input!!!
HI Kathy, sorry but i do not have any good answers for you. However it appears that you are not in a section that is having a well put on it. Therefore you may still have a plenty of time. I am in the same boat....my section does not have a well being put on it either...but i wonder why so many people that are not in the sections that are getting wells....get the letters from the attorneys. If anyone knows please respond.

I do not know about getting bonuses if you are force pooled.

Kathy , who is your offer from?
