Current Offers recieved-How Much? By Whom? Where? POST THEM AND AREA SO WE CAN COMPARE

We need to start a database to compare offers which are running from $125. to a Claimed $30.000 an Acre. PLEASE, NO "I HEARD...."s!

There are over 400 landmen trying to cash in by leasing low .

Knowledge is power. Post your offers so we can compare and weed out the rumors and lies. Before we all get "force pooled" Lets try to keep it useful,HOW MUCH? BY WHOM? LOCATION OR AREA? Thanx!

Section 28, T16N, R10W. Signed lease w/Petrohawk 8/19/08 for $22,500 per acre and 25%. We have one acre. We received a 15-day draft.
grateful heart, congratulations =)
Great news. Have fun spending your money....
Grateful Heart,
I am in Section 1, T16N, R10W...What leasing company did you negotiate your lease through? I WANNA KNOW!!! Thanks
Acadian Land Services in Shreveport. A large group on the East side of Lake Bistineau negotiated together. Petrohawk and Chesapeake were offering back and forth and Chesapeake did not top Petrohawk's last offer. I have to say I am extremely happy!
The east side of Lake Bistineau is in Webster Parish.

If you could confirm that Chesapeake made an offer in Webster Parish, I would appreciate that. Thanks for the info.
I'm on the southern end of Lake Bistineau by the dam in Bienville Parish. T16N R10W SECTION 28.
Grateful Heart....what part of town are you in ?
Any one know if anybody is leasing just east of Campti, LA
Anyone heard of or leased to Bourgeois Energy?
Are you still on colins road ? Have you had offers that far South?
Thanks for sharing.
This information assists everyone in keeping up with whose active and where, as well as varying values in areas. I think we have figured out the O/G landmen will not tell us .
