Anyone know of web sites that have real time aerial views?

Like many mineral owners I live out of state and it's hard to know what is going on. I use Google Earth and Google Maps to view property but it has time delays in the sense that I might be seeing what happend 6 months to a year or so ago. Does anyone know of a site that one can use or pay to use that has real time access for aerial views so that I might see what is going on with regards to drilling, etc.?

Google earth in past had a near real time image associated with NASA Daily Planet that images where a few hours to a day old don't know if still available due to cost to produce it.
I don't think there will be any sites that have anything like real time views available, especially not for free or even reasonably cheap.

Despite what it says, most of the Google Earth or Bing maps info is actually airplane photos, not satellite images. Check Bing maps and Google Earth. Check Google maps (or Google Earth) and go to the street view info. Sometimes the street view info is more current than the aerial view. If you look carefully, Google Earth usually tells you the date of the aerial view image in the lower left. Bing maps has "normal" aerial images and "birds eye" views in some areas. They often have different image dates. The birds eye views have a LOT more detail, but they're only available in certain areas. Bing maps has a new "Streetside" view in some areas, which is like Google's streetview.

Images tend not to be updated that frequently, unless you want to spend BIG bucks. There just aren't airplanes flying around all the time with aerial photography equipment over your area. The satellites can't take up close pictures of the whole earth all the time, and they either only photograph a small area at a time, or they cover a large area like a weather satellite, but don't have enough detail to see what you're interested in.

Images tend to get updated every couple of years or so on Bing and Google Earth at best. Google Earth has a neat new feature to let you look back in time through the images they have for whatever area you're looking at. It's the little clock icon at the top and it gives you a little slider to move between the images.
Well, that's more info than I new so thanks. It's frustrating not living in the area and not knowing what's happening. Sonris is usually 3 months or so behind so that makes it tough as well. I'm gonna play with Google Earth and see what it can do. Thanks.
Really neat link, Electro, thanks. Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to help much to see what's going on with someone's land. Here's an example of the resolution of the images.

Unfortunately MAC, you only saw the big picture in the middle of the page the link opens up to and copied and pasted it. If you would have taken the time to look into the numerous other links provided on that page

Unfortunately, Electro, you didn't take the time to look at the page in question before berating me. This is not a cut and paste from that page, it's following one of the links. Would you care to take the time to look into the numerous other links on that page and give us an example of a link with a better image?
parkdota---have you tried the contract us support link on google earth and ask support about what the most up to date images available and do they have real time or near real time images?
