Has anyone seen any IP data or allowable for the Encana Hester Robert 22H-01 well in Red River Parish? Well serial number is 240505 per latest Sonris info. It appears the well has produced some as I am already starting to see some royalties for May this year. Not sure how long it produced in May though, so just a wild guess on my part for how good or not this well appears to be.

Thanks in advance for any info anyone has!

It appears the well drilled from section 27 into section 22. I don't have the survey plat handy and can't seem to find it on Sonris anywhere.
Mark, both wells were drilled from Section 27. I have attached the plat for Robert Hester 22 H1 Well. No test information is yet available. By the way, the well went on production in June.

Thanks for the info Les. Will just have to wait till they post the numbers. Rumor from some of my relatives in the area say it is a good well, but we'll see. It's close to the Encana Thelma Lawson 11 well in S11-T13N-R9W that is on your hall of fame list, so could be.

BTW, thanks for posting that list every month. Very good info and I enjoy seeing who has the lead parish wise for wells on the list.
Mark,

Am new here. Have interest in land in Sect 22 T12N-R9W. That seems to be next door to the well you spoke about. Any idea on if they will go into Sect 22? I've been offered money for royalty lease.
PN,
This discussion refers to a well drilled into Sec. 22, T13N, R9W rather then Sec. 22, T12N, R9W. Sec 22, T13N, R9W is divided roughly in half by the Carroll Creek Road and is located generally south of the intersection of Carroll Creek Rd and Hwy 786. The other Sec. 22, the one that you are interested in, (Sec 22, T12N, R9W) as you know is on the west end of the Hickory Grove Road, west of the Hickory Grove Rd bridge over Grand Bayou Reservoir. Although they are both "Section 22", they are in different townships and ranges of the parish. They aren't particularly close. Many of the leases in our neighborhood in Sec. 22, T12N, R9W don't run out until 2012-2013, so it is likely that drilling in our section will not take place any time soon. EnCana is busy trying to drill to hold other sections where their leases are close to expiring.
Ok thanks, redrivergal. that helps.
