Considering its been since Sept when the last reply was made maybe the members fell asleep at the switch. Cross unit laterals are an indication that an operator believes they can generate improved well economics with longer laterals. Since the existing units are sections (640 acres) the max lateral allowed within the unit is about 4600'. The application shows a lateral of about 6900'.
