Today I was informed by a cousin that another one of our cousins was aproached by a leasing agent wanting to build a pond on section31-T9N-R12W. The land in question has a 99 year surface lease with 50 years left on it. If the pond is built as a conservation pond for forestry and agriculture purposes as well as a pond for fracking water the surface owners can aprove the building of the pond. Out of all the people that have an interest in the land the one person that was difficult to deal with and the only one who doesn't want the pond was aproached. If someone knows the name of the man leasing for ponds please leave me a message.
Thank You
Tom Hough
