I have a personal friend who lives in a home at the beginning of Shadow Ridge, many of those homes have been their for over 10+ years. With those homeowners, they should own their mineral rights. As for the newer homes that were built within the last two years, I would think the original seller of the lots didn't put the mineral rights in the sell, etc.

I know the older homes throughout Caplis-Sligo are owned by the landowner as most of my neighbors have lived here for years.
