There is currently a well in section 9 (South of Buncomb Rd. just past Woolworth Rd.) permitted to drill into section 3, and as of yesterday is permitted to drill into section 4 from the same site. My question - does anyone have any information as to if and or when they will be actually drilling for gas in section 9 itself?
I have heard rumor that they were supposed to drill this month but I have not seen an approved permit to that affect.
Approximately 130+ acres of the section did not sign any lease agreement therefore we are being forced pooled.
Any ideas?
