Chris, I believe you contacted my brother with a lease offer in Section 5-19-22. If so, I'd like to speak to you on that offer. I have a 2/3 interest in our mother's estate, he has 1/3 interest. I believe that our mineral interest in that parcel is 7/16, not 3/8. There are other details about the other parcels described, and the terms of the lease offer, that we need to confer about.
