We live North of SA We was suppose to get money from Encana on October 25 and still have not today they said that they would lease it for $500 instead of $5000. We sign our papers August 20th. who did you sign with?

Smithsee, where is your land located in San Augustine County? Do you live in the county or out of town? If you will post the location of your land on the San Augustine page, people who have leased in your area may be able to offer advice about the companies they have dealt with.

Hi Smithsee, We to have land here in San Augustine. I do know some Smiths in Black Ankle. We have leased ours to Encana. Our land is on 705 south if SA off of 103.
