DoubleEagle's property in located in T14N-R15W-Sec3 (Caspiana Field). I am unable to locate a producing well in that section. I did find 4 wells in neighboring sections. One well (238641) is located in section 2, another well (238639) is located in section 11, another (238645) in section 1, and the fourth (238180) in sec 36 of T15N-R15W. The fourth well was permitted to the Smackover formation on 8-4-08, and is designated as a disposal well. The other three wells were permitted to the HS formation, but no production records have been released. If you look at the applications listed on the DNR website (application date = Aug 26, 2008 / Application number 08-1230), you will see in the plot that is attached to the application that section 3 (Double Eagle's section) is marked for unitization (HA RA SUF). I am unable to locate a unitization request for section 3, but since it is already marked, it is a matter of time before the request is made. Anyway, from the four neighboring wells, I can not locate any production records for any of the well. I am only able to locate the drilling applications, and each one is permitted as a "non-unitized" well. it seems the operator is withholding the production records as long as allowed by law. Personally, I see that as a positive thing. Until Chesapeake unitizes all of the intended section, the chances of gathering the production records may be difficult. I hope this general information helps resolves some of DoubleEagle's concerns.

There must be something wrong with the site. I couldnt access it either. I tried several links because I thought maybe something had happened to one of them but that wasnt the case. I have a carnival at school tonight so it will be later this evening before I can try and access the site again but I will continue to check. Acording to Jim Krows post last night , after the well comes on line they have like 90 days to atart paying or fines will be added to the payment. You need to send a written request for any title problems the company may have found causing you any form of delay. Check out his post. I think its under fracing a well discussion.

Sonris is the site that everybody uses to keep up with well permits and drilling info. Sonris Lite actually. It is on the La. Dept of Natural Resources page. I will try and find the link and post it.

What is your Section- Township- Range ?
Even tho the wells have been drilled it doesnt mean that they are online yet so the info may not show up on Sonris. I do have some brilliant friends that have an inside track that may be able to find out some info for you tho.
