I found one suit against them pertaining to royalties. I scanned it briefly. It looks like it has to do with a tax sale and proper notice not being given to all of the owners. Any additional information that you can provide would be helpful. I have sent a friend request.

This is not the first time that I have heard that JW does not pay their royalties correctly. Do you have a reference to look up a suit. I presently receive royalties from them and would like to look into this further.
