Clueless on Jefferson Paige rd....I've received 2 letters for my minerals last August 2021 but only to purchase. Im at 5549 Jefferson Paige rd and the well is just around the corner from my house.  When the Shale first began I heard homeowners were getting about $27k per acre (who knows).  The letters I received are stating up to $20k per acre. Does anyone have any insight into this drilling site that is just around the corner from me?  I have only received 2 letters of interest for my minerals last August 2021.  At that point I only wanted to lease.
