We have received an offer from Black Rock Minerals to purchase our mineral rights. Our rights are located in Surveys A48, A405, A441, A560, A184 all under Lake Sam Rayburn. An undivided interest owner may enter into a lease or sell their minerals independently of the other undivided interest owners. Michael the bulk of my land work is in LA. Although an undivided interest owner may act independently under the laws of both statees, it would be a good idea to pose any questions pertaining to Texas mineral law to jffree1.
