"I now have two offers one from GEP and one from Expand no sure which one would be better to lease to. Also not sure who I should get to look at the offers. I know several attorneys but none that I would consider O&G attorneys. Any advice would…"

"I’m in section 33-9N - 8W and have a lease offer from GEP but I haven’t seen or heard much discussions on the leasing in this area. Anybody have any insight you want to share?"

Paul, your post below is a problem for Davis Powell.  He emailed me to see if it was possible to delete it.  You can do that by clicking on the blue x in the upper right hand corner of your reply box.  Please consider deleting it and I will delete my reply.

Just an update I ended up leasing to Expand back in March for around $1800.00 and acre and 25% at no cost.Thanks Skip for your advice Davis Powell was very helpful. Haven’t heard anything about the well sense the frac was completed.
