Okay, SCC is non-binding right now, so I'm turning mine in to HOA to see what we get. If it's not favorable to my neighborhood & me, then I'll go looking again. I've met Mr. Farley and can say I believe he is truly looking out for best interests of homeowners.
I've seen AG listed on Fortress' website, and I've heard positive & negative. Just remember they couldn't get you an offer from Chespk. because they will only deal through Twin Cities.
