I'm in the reverse situation, representing individuals who had a very low $$$ draft that involved numerous problems (which I won't go into), but that Impressa/JPD Energy (which are now a front for Chesapeake) are fighting hard to bind the parties to.
It would be helpful to my case to find people who received a lot of $$$ and Impressa/JPD did not honor their drafts, as it would show that Impressa/JPD/CHK is trying to have it both ways (bind low $$$ drafts and get out of high $$$ drafts) and in general does not respect drafts or consider them binding.
Thanks with any assistance.
