A lot of Elm Grove is held by production of producing Cotton Valley wells. You need to be sure that you own minerals if you have property in the Elm Grove area. If on the other hand you own only mineral rights, you would not sign a new lease for Haynesville Shale formation unless you had a stratigraphic pugh clause in your previous lease.
