Any offers for Sec7, T18N, R11W ?

Has anyone in this sec had any serious offers lately? This is borders w side of Princeton Rd.

i heard on that side of princeton rd there were some leased for 5500.00 per acr. a few months ago but that was just hear say im not 100% sure of it.
