Bonus Amount paid in Sabine County TX
I was told that an oil company (possibly Shell) came into the area between San Augustine and Hemphill about two months ago and signed up a lot of landowners for a signing bonus of $1500 (royalty amount unknown). Can anyone verify this?

I leased my 22 acres to EOG for $450.00 and 2 weeks after cashing the check my neighbors are getting $5500.00.
