thanks for the info about Thomas Quirk being the brother of Edmund. didn.t Horton ambush your GGGgrandfather. people down here don't like to talk about this stuff. they are still familes that still carry a grudge.

Southwestern wants to renew expiring lease on W. Humphreys (A-138), less than a mile east of this well. Would appreciate info/map and any bonus money info you might have for the Patterson survey. Thanks. agood@kci.net

I missed that movie. I was busy studying law and working on my Ph.d...or just reading a book!! Your ancestors may have been illiterate but mine certainly were not. My great grandmother had a college degree. Of course my great, great grandmother could not vote but that was do doubt due to your great grandfather suppressing her rights! Oh...and to add this note! Not all families lack in visionary ideas.
