I am also curious as to what is happening here. I leased interest in this survey to petrohawk in Aug. '08 along with my uncle. After reviewing Shelby county records I see where my uncle received a release on his lease from petrohawk in Jan. '09 and then signed a lease with Family Tree Corp. of Colorado. Seems strange PHK would release this after paying $5000/acre bonus. I have been unable to reach him to find out anything. I was never contacted by them regarding any release. I only have a 26 acre interest in this survey.

Mike, I too contacted PHK when we were released from CHK. PHK seemed very interested, but after a while with a few conversations and transferr of information, we now can no longer contact anyone from PHK. Very interesting but somebody has to be able to tell me something about this area and what is going on.
