SB, the production and/or test information is not yet available in Sonris.
Thanks Les.... We did get the unit papers to combine the 2 sections back in Nov. 3rd 2008
That is the only papers we have received.
I will be looking for the Division Orders and again thanks so much
to all of you.
In one well, CHK sent us a check before we got the division order. You may want to give them a call and make sure they have your SSN or TIN so you won't have to deal with backup withholdings.
Thanks for the tip. I will call them this morn.......
We leased thru JC Petroleum out of Monroe Dec. 2007. They were representing Greystone Oil out of Houston. and I think they sold lease to CHK.
I will ck on this and maybe head off any problems
Sue, you should have received papers back when the sections were combined in the larger unit to notify you of that fact. Also you'll probably get a division order verifying your net revenue interest before payments begin.

These larger units are kind of a mixed blessing. Though your net revenue interest is diluted by increased acreage, you get a chance to receive royalty from wells you wouldn't have otherwise.

I did personally see the fracing of the Querbes 18 at the beginning of the year and you should be getting a check about 2- 3 months after production begins.

Good Luck!

Could yall give us an update on this well... If it is producing ?
SueBaby, this is the test rate for the well. The well has been on production since late January.
