Mr. Pittman is a landman not an attorney.
He also buys royalties.

Slow down guy's. Pittboss33 stated that it was either % bonus or % royalty. I haven't contacted Mr. Pittman about fees so I don't know what he charges or how it is set up. I stated that if I were interested in paying a fee he would be one of a handful that I would contact.

Why pay anything. There is a wonderful
amazing ex-landman who is trying to represent most of the South Bossier groups.

He stated that he won't charge the people anything. Get this, he will get the gas company to pay his fee. He stated that he will get 3% of the bonus. He forgot to tell our group that he would also try to get 1% of royalties.

Petrohawk shot him down in 24-17-12. They signed up 90% of the homeowners. They said that if any of the people wished to negotiate with Mr. Jerred and Bill Alley tht the fees would be in fact taken from the landowner and not from Petrohawk.

I guess that little ruse didn't work.

Mr. Mac Krow , Funny you should mention alter ego's. Just for future reference, I am quite sure that I haven't ever needed an alter ego to find a fencing partner on this site. Mr. Krow , If you are still talking about Sparky the alter ego, I will be more then happy to introduce you to Sparky at the Shalers BBQ. It aint me thats so ready to meet ya, I promise. Nothing personal. Matter of fact, Sparky is quite ready to meet several of our Shalers. Kinda like a coming out party of sorts.

Would you see if Mr. Mcconnell could come too ?

HA!HA!HA! Good stuff KB. If you are serious about your question, thats the punch line on a series of Holiday Inn commercials where people jump out of nowhere to save the day.When asked if they are ,whatever professional needed for that particular scene, that say No! But I did stay at a H/Inn last night.I think they were pushing their highspeed internet service in the rooms. Keep it coming tho !
