I look for XTO to farmout or purchase leaseholds outright from others that have not yet developed their acreage position in Northern Sabine and San Augustine counties. XTO doesn't play well with others, so don't look for them to take on partners. That is why, I think Exxon is buying them.

Southern Texas Haynesville Three County Intersection Hot Spot
Where the three Texas counties of San Augustine, Shelby and Sabine intersect is a hot spot for the Haynesville and Middle Bossier play at the present time. There are rigs drilling in every direction and others are planned as well to be drilled. This area could rival all other areas of the Texas side of this great play.With the pipelines that have been planned for additional takeaway capacity for the gas will cause more wells to be drilled in the very near future.
