I went to the Hall location yesterday and the Attoayac construction LLC has almost finished the location and  am anxious to see the rig moving in. They tell  it will be a big rig to go 18500 ft.

Sabine County really need to catch a break. Now would be a good time. I am starting to feel like nobody will ever drill a shale well and complete it in this County.
Still don't feel the outlook is is so grim. Activity still going on at Hall site, Pipeline(major gathering) is still progressing, lease activity is ongoing, drilling starting to close in from the west, north, and notheast in La.. Feel strong that we will see more drilling in Hall area soon. My biggest reason for optimism is 2011 will be 3 yrs. since 08 lease frenzy in the county. Am aware of many leases that were 3yrs. w/no renewal option. Feel like they will de-risk these major leasehold investments with strategic drilling, and with success more of same to HBP. The hen is still on the nest. Hope the eggs start to hatch soon!!! (The woodpeckers better not eat the eggs!!!)
If I would have known that all you had to do was ask for a "break" that you would get it within 48 hours I would have asked a lot sooner. ; ) Good news on the Chesapeake permit and thanks for bringing me down from the ledge Frank.
I am pretty sure that this new well unit is on the same acreage as the Range-McGraw A2 well... hmmm..., sounds like CHK has cut a deal with someone.
What... we have "endangered" woodpeckers? OMG, what else could go wrong!
Good answear Frank, I like your out look on the drilling situation. Our lease will be up also July 2011.
Hey Pudgie, any visual updae on the Endeavor well. Thanks
No Deep Rights, They had a 750 work over rig there a few weeks, I guess for clean out and mesuring fluid. It is now gone and the gates are always locked. My personal thought, and this only mine is that they did have a succesful find there and according to the people that live closer than I do are giving permission for location pads. Frank is very knowligable and keeps up with this better than me I spend a lot of my time at the Houston VA and am leaving in a few days to go back. I sure have enjoyed this site and thank all of the informed people and the site publisher Keith
Emailed Endeavor and asked for any public information release on Hall well. Didn't really expect much and got the following response " Sorry, nothing right now." Not many words, but hope it means there will be something positive around the corner?
We can always hope. Thanks for making the effort!
Spoke to this contact by phone twice previously before he went confidential about 6 wks. ago. Four words mean nothing, but "sorry" and "right now " have some meaning to me from my conversations. From the eternal optomist's gut, I'm feeling another "break" in the nest Alongview.
Hi: I have been lurking in the background for the past three months, I am Bill Mc in Longview. Own mineral rights on 135 acres in Sabine county Leased by Cinco land but re leased to Samson Lonestar. The Hall well is located about three miles due North of our mineral lease, Coley survey A-10 abstract. I was by the RR comission in Kilgore last week and inquired about the Endeavor well. The have not released any info to the RR commission at this time. Will keep you all posted when I find out anything. Thanks to all you veterans out there. I am one myself and proud of It. God bless America> Bill MC
