Awesome! That is a flow rate of 15,000 mcfe/day in May. Sabine Parish is showing some really good wells.

Hey Uncle Grasshopper! You are right about Sonris being slower than the Pony Express. Check your home e-mail. Beth received first payment today and had not yet returned her Division Orders. Can't stand it. Going home to check my mailbox!

Guess all the Sonris workers are out helping with the BP cleanup??????

Donna, it is my understanding that the OPERATOR enters the data into Sonris Lite. This data can be as much as 3 months behind.

Has anyone seen a royalty check from this well? Interested to hear what the oil and gas companies are paying the landowners per Mcf -- Thanks

Most of my family members did receive theirs on Monday, including myself. The checks showed up right behind the Division Orders. This check was for 10 days in April. The volume was 149022 and price $3.64. This was with Chesapeake. I will receive 20% of my royalty from PXP as 20% of my lease was sold to them. Have not seen anything at all from them.

The producer sends the productions numbers to the DNR. In some instances the producer has around 60 days to report production after the end of the production month. If a third party(Gathering Co.) is envolved you can usually tack on another month. There is also a grace period after that of 15 to 30 days if not filed on time. The fines are not that much if they don't. Some instances are 250 bucks to start with. They will eventually get valadated by the DNR but it could be 4 or 5 months after the close of the production month. As much as I would like to blame the DNR, it is not their fault - Usually.
