Honeycutt Hill is owned by one of Chesapeake's Broker J.W. Porter. Honeycutt Hill is the company that many of Chesapeake's leases are bought by in Southern DeSoto Parish. What else would you like to know.

Anything you can offer. They are leasing land in my section that was leased 5 years ago and has a producing well. Don't know the details because they filed a "Memorandum of Mineral Lease". My lease is exactly like my neighbors, word for word, and I am wondering what I can and can't do.

Contact your landman who has been leasing in your section and he should be able to help you with any of your questions. There could be a depth clause in your lease from 5 years ago which would allow you to lease your property again.
