UNITY equals a fair market price for OUR minerals. Time is on our side, the minerals are going no where, until WE decide to sign a lease.

We all need to support the East 80 coalition efforts and give them all the time it takes to reach a fair negotiated deal with the Oil and Gas giants. It will pay off for us and our generations in the future.

We will succeed,

has EAST 80 had any ACTUAL contact with Any O&G or land company?
yes 3 that i know of.
sorry guys....you missed the boat
I`m just glad to see that someone is awake here in Bossier Parrish.
we missed the boat? the gas is not going anywhere until we are leased if its in a week or if its in ten years its still going to be there they will want to get it sooner or later to much money there to just forget about. chesapeake is not the only company in the world there are others some that are not even in the play yet. so i surley dont feel i missed the boat. good things come to those who wait. besides if there done then why are they still in this area still trying to lease? if i dont get anything from this my kids will and thats fine to.
that's a big DITTO...........ez. My children will be better off and thats ok with me.
thanks. i know the finanical problems the whole country is having but after all the billions in profits these oil and gas companys have made in the last few years i hardly beleave there about to go belly up. i feel they stuck there foot in there mouth and now there trying to back up. of course its business and they want to make the most money they can with out putting out much but thats where us getting smarter and binding together will help ourselfs and our community. im not giving in to them and if they dont lease for now then thats ok but when they come back and they will i will still be with east 80 and our land may be worth more but in the mean time our nieghbor hood will be peacful and our gas will still be below us.
Yeah, techex we missed the boat......like the Arabs have missed the boat with the current low prices for crude oil! Wow, I am sure they are really concerned!

The only way for us to miss the boat is to sign a lease with distressed fire sale terms. The leasing in Fort Worth has had up and down cycles too. The leasing will continue for years to come and we will sign when a fair market price is on the bargaining table.

Perhaps you are a disgruntled land man who missed the boat with your commission check? Your profile is blank???

Go East 80
Missed the boat? That's funny! You're a real hoot, Techex! Unless the play mysteriously disappears from underneath us, the O&G companies will still be sniffing around to finish up their leasing & then get their huge payday from drilling.
