ETC Not ETG Thats my mistake. They are a fly by night pipeline want to be company who's building a pipeline and as far as I know have Zero contracts to run product through this line.

ETC is a very large Pipeline Co. with 14,550 miles of lines in service, with more under construction.(Energy Transfer) to be exact. They have approx. 63 miles to construct this year in Shelby, San Augustine,and Nac. counties.

Mystery solved on the Ironosa #1H... Justiss drilling, rig 54 is on the site. Apparently, St. Mary has been waiting on a (bigger?) rig.

I listened to their investor conference recently and they stated that the Ironosa was to be "fracced" (what is the correct spelling of that anyway?) in mid-july. Why do you think a new rig?

You are asking a drilling dummy, AL... better ask Les B. I would guess it's because they have to drill out the plugs or something like that but you don't usually see a rig back on the site for a frac job, that gets posted on rig reports with a spud date, that is.

Justiss rig 54 is still drilling on the Ironosa #1H, as of 8-13-10, @ 19,454'. It looks (to me) like they had to get a bigger rig to finish the lateral.

Joe Davis, the only well in either of those surveys is a horizontal in A-392 completed in 2008. There are no new permits yet but don't worry... it's just a matter of time. There is considerable development a bit further north, both in the James Lime and in the Haynesville.

Any word on this well? Rumors? Pipelines? Anything? It has been almost 10 months........seems ridiculous to me that it takes that long to finish this well. Is SM Energy a government controlled driller.........the natural gas equivalent of GM? That would at least explain why they seem to be unable to complete a Haynesville/Bossier well and sell the gas.

Nah, they left the first time without finishing the lateral. They brought another rig in this summer and drilled it. So, technically, it's only been about five weeks since the rig left. Maybe we'll hear something by Christmas.
